Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@sableandslate.co.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Beauty or personal care products
- Final sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.
Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be included in your package, along with instructions on how and where to send it back. We do not charge any restocking fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
